We deliver more than 30hrs/wk of expertly coached classes for our awesome students ranging from complete beginners to professional athletes and everything in between.

As a member of SBG International, the world's largest functional martial arts organisation, we're affiliated with over 70 academies teaching the best of martial arts across the globe. 

Head Coach Ben Power (3rd degree BJJ Blackbelt) first met his good friend John Kavanagh (SBG Ireland founder, Head Coach to UFC ‘champ champ’ Conor McGregor) and SBG President Matt Thornton in Dublin in 2003 and we’re excited to deliver SBG's modern, functional training methods to Australia.
