Return / Refund Policy

After the initial contract period your membership and direct debit will continue on a month to month basis using the billing information provided upon joining until termination notice is received (with 7 business days notice) via email as per your signed membership agreement terms and conditions.

You (the buyer) may cancel your agreement by midnight of the third business day after the date of this agreement (cooling off period) via the above method.

If you (the buyer) choose to end the month to month charging then decide to rejoin later, you will have to sign another membership agreement.
